All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, and details will appear exactly as they do in person. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that incorrect price, and we will notify you and refund you in full.
Ordering
By ordering through charlottecharles-manchester.com, you make an offer to purchase the products in your order. We may reject your offer and cancel the order at any time before or after shipment for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of the products, suspected fraud, and inaccurate information presented on the site. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted when it is shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent to the customer. We may cancel the order at any time and provide a full refund in such cases.

4b. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@charlottecharles-manchester.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right to cancel under clause 7 or use our standard return policy.

Pricing and Payment
Our site is in GBP. All prices include UK VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through the third parties. By entering your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment information provided. We are not liable for any fees associated with the use of your selected payment option, such as any fees your bank may charge for an international transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
Charlotte & Charles Manchester only ships products to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.
Handling Time:
The handling time for the order is 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days. In most cases, the order will arrive in 4 to 10 business days after the order is placed.
Please note:
The delivery time is not guaranteed. In some cases, the delivery time might exceed the expected time due to factors such as the actions of third parties, customs, weather, etc. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the date you place it. Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you. In the event of loss in transit, the customer should contact us at info@charlottecharles-manchester.com
Your Right to Cancel, Returns and Refunds Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason. You must notify us within that period, by email or using the cancellation form in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we will refund you, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them. Our full Return & Refund Policy is available on the Site. By ordering from the Site, you agree to it. In summary, in addition to your legal right to cancel we accept change of mind returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery. Items should not be worn or washed. For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping and the rights in clause 13 apply.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure that all information provided on our Site is accurate and updated, we do not guarantee that all information provided on our Site is error-free, complete, or current. Therefore, we may change information on our Site at our sole discretion without notice. This does not affect product information you were given before you placed your order, which forms part of your contract with us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the United Kingdom, and if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
